Biography
Stacey has practiced law since 1999 after graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Her background is in litigation, representing clients in a wide variety of areas including misdemeanor and felony criminal law, domestic relations, Consumer Sales Practices Act violations, negligence cases and appeals at both the state and federal level.
After nearly ten years of practice Stacey was introduced to probate law and discovered an area of practice that really resonated with her. She began to streamline her practice to focus on estate planning and probate and joined Farah Roberts Ltd to further those ends. She has been thrilled to be a part of a practice where she can continue to develop her knowledge and understanding of probate law and sophisticated estate planning tenchinques including trusts, elder law and Medicaid planning.
Stacey grew up in Shaker Heights and graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from The Ohio State University in 1994. She lives in Rocky River with her husband, two sons and a variety of small animals, and more recently a large one in the form of a rescue collie named Sy. Stacey is an avid reader and is a foster volunteer for the Cleveland APL where she and her family foster rescued guinea pigs and rabbits until they are healthy and ready for adoption. On her off days, you may find her making hats at the local millinery.
